The comic will link the time period between inFAMOUS 1 and 2, and hopefully explains Cole's departure from Empire City and move to New Marias.
The main villain in the comics will be The Beast, who is seen at the end of inFAMOUS 1, but has had no mention in the promotion or trailers for inFAMOUS 2.
DC comics is an odd choice, personally, for carrying out the story of Cole. I'm a Marvel fanatic, so I would've loved to see Cole under their label. but I've got nothing against DC, and I'm sure they can deliver us an amazing new adventure of Cole Macgrath.
The series will be written by William Harms and illustrated by Eric Nguyen. Doug Manke will be designing the cover art for the series as well, and a sample of that can be seen at the top of this page.
The comic hits store shelves in March 2011 for a price of $2.99.
